UW Board of Trustees to Meet March 20-22

The University of Wyoming Board of Trustees will receive reports on a variety of topics during the board’s regular meeting Wednesday-Friday, March 20-22.

The meeting will take place at the Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center. Public sessions of the board and its committees may be observed by the public at https://wyolinks.uwyo.edu/trusteesmar24/.

Committees of the board will meet Wednesday in several rooms of the Gateway Center, starting with the Facilities Contracting Committee and the Fiscal and Legal Affairs Committee at 8 a.m.

Thursday’s meeting of the full board will begin at 8 a.m. with an executive session. The public session is expected to start at 9:30 a.m.

The board will accept public testimony on any topics at 11 a.m. Thursday. Those wishing to offer verbal testimony should go to www.uwyo.edu/trustees/public-testimony/web_form.html to fill out the web form. The deadline is 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 19.

At 7:30 a.m. Friday, the board is scheduled to tour the Center for Advanced Scientific Imaging and the Plant Growth and Phenotyping Facility in the Science Initiative Building.

Another executive session is scheduled at 9:15 a.m. Friday at the Gateway Center, with the board’s business meeting from 10 a.m.-noon.
