Wyoming 4-H Theatre Camp

The Wyoming 4-H Program is excited to partner with the UW Department of Theatre & Dance for a Theatre Camp to take place in Laramie on April 25-27, 2014.

The weekend will include hands-on workshops in creative movement, costuming, set design and theatre make-up as well as a tour of the theatre all led by faculty and students in the department. We will have a night on the town, with a formal group dinner followed by the musical “Working,” originally adapted for the stage by Stephen Schwartz, who’s credits also include a little musical known as Wicked.  Plus, we’ll have a reader’s theatre performance on Sunday.

Financial support provided by the UW College of Arts & Sciences and Wyoming State 4-H Foundation, a small registration fee of $50 will cover meals, snacks, supplies, hotel rooms and theatre performance ticket.  The UW Admissions Office will provide lunch on Saturday.
