UW President Buchanan at Wyoming State Fair Aug. 16

 

            University of Wyoming President Tom Buchanan will host an ice cream social and hand out ribbons at two 4-H events Wednesday, Aug. 16, at the Wyoming State Fair and Rodeo in Douglas.

            Buchanan, his wife, Jacque, and College of Agriculture Dean Frank Galey will host the ice cream social from 3-4 p.m. at the Ag and Natural Resource Center on the west side of the fairgrounds.

            Buchanan will hand out ribbons at the champion of champions market lamb competition and at the senior swine showmanship. He will also attend an evening picnic sponsored by the Wyoming Livestock Roundup and Farm Credit Services.
