UW Announces Holiday Closures |   |
Dec. 19, 2007 -- Most University of Wyoming business and administrative offices will be closed Monday, Dec. 24, through Tuesday, Jan. 1, for the Christmas and New Year's holidays and winter closure.
The University Libraries will close at 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21, and remain closed through Tuesday, Jan. 1. The libraries will reopen at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2.
The Art Museum in the Centennial Complex will close at 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, and will not reopen to the public until Saturday, Feb. 2. A reception for new exhibitions is scheduled Friday, Feb. 1.
The Geological Museum will be open from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 22-23. The museum will be closed Dec. 24-Jan. 1 and will reopen at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2.
UniWyo Federal Credit Union will be closed Dec. 22-25 and Dec. 29-Jan.1 and will be open regular hours (lobby 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., drive-up 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.) Dec. 26-28. The UW branch in McWhinnie Hall will be closed Saturday Dec. 22-Tuesday, Jan. 1. Regular credit union hours resume Wednesday, Jan. 2.
UW residence halls will reopen at 8 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11. Spring semester classes begin Monday, Jan. 14.
