Friday, Feb. 29, 2:30 p.m. -- Local and regional bankers will discuss economic development and other issues during a “Banking Panel” in the College of Business auditorium. Free.

Friday, Feb. 29, 7:30 p.m. -- UW Department of Music presents the Festival of Strings chamber concert, Fine Arts Center concert hall. Free.

Saturday, March 1, 3 p.m. -- UW Department of Music presents the Festival of Strings Chamber concert, Fine Arts Center concert hall. Free.

Sunday, March 2, 3 p.m. -- UW Department of Music presents the Collegiate Chorale, Fine Arts Center concert hall. Free.

Sunday, March 2, 6:30 p.m.-- A screening of the film “Barbie Nation” part of body image awareness activities at UW, Room 133 of the Classroom Building. Free.

Sunday, March 2, 7:30 p.m. -- UW Department of Music presents Bel Canto and the Singing Statesmen, Fine Arts Center concert hall. Free.

Monday, March 3, 4 p.m. -- UW Department of Music presents the Festival of Voices final concert, Fine Arts Center concert hall. Free.

Tuesday, March 4, 3 p.m. -- Princeton University Professor Michael Celia, a leading researcher in the capture and storage of carbon emissions, will discuss "Geological Storage as a Carbon Mitigation Option," Wyoming Union Family Room. Free.

Thursday, March 6, 7:30 p.m. -- UW Department of Music presents James Przygocki and Rubia Santos, viola and piano, Fine Arts Center concert hall. Tickets cost $7 for the public and $5 for students and senior citizens.

Thursday and Friday, March 6-7, 7:30 p.m. -- UW Women's History Month presents the cabaret show “Shorts by Skirts,” original short works by Wyoming women, Fine Arts Center Studio Theatre. Free.

Art exhibitions, Tuesday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. (the museum will be closed March 1 and reopen next fall) -- "Faculty Exhibition"; "Juried Student Art Show"; "American Modernists"; "Hell on Wheels: Union Pacific Railroad Towns in Wyoming"; and "Recently Acquired: New Art in the Collection."
