The Wyoming Wind Symposium, convened by Governor Freudenthal and open to the public, is  intended to advance the understanding of wind energy development in Wyoming. The two-day event will bring together state and national leaders, resource managers and experts to discuss considerations and approaches to wind development, including financial, legal, transmission, wildlife, and policy -- to provide best practices, and examples for the future of wind energy development in Wyoming.
