Goshen was a technology first recognized by G. Frison at the Hell Gap site in Goshen County, Wyoming. It is unknown if Goshen is a separate cultural complex, or a variation of the Clovis technology. Although, most think it is distinct from Clovis and Folsom. It is characterized by well-developed pressure flaking, basal thinning, and shaping done in the final stages.
