State Route 210 between Laramie and Cheyenne
This is the same site we have used for the last several years.
The University Amateur Radio Club has reserved Camp Russell Shelter Friday night September 8 and Saturday night September 9 Shelter rental begins at 10:00 am and ends at midnight
