Conference Facilities
The WTBC has two conference rooms suitable for various gatherings and which may be reserved by clients and outside parties. Both rooms feature:
- Sophisticated projector equipment
- Wireless internet connection
- SMARTboard interactive overlay available
- Audio Conferencing
In addition, the main floor conference room has:
- Video conferencing capabilities
- DVD and VHS equipment
- Room for 70
For non-clients, prices are as follows:
- 1/2 day (4 hours) = $25
- Full Day (over 4 hours) = $40
- Elaborate Set-up fee = $10
- After Hours fee = $25 per hour
*** If you schedule a 1/2 day conference in the middle of the day, WTBC must charge you the full day rate.
