Online Authorization, Job Opening, Committee Search Member, and Exceptions Overview

Hiring/Termination Paperwork

    • Academic Titles Chart (Use only these titles on academic hiring forms - updated 9/26/17)
    • Forms
      • Online Hiring Login to HRMS
        • Note: Transcripts must be sent directly from institution that granted highest degree to the Office of Academic Affairs.
          • Note: Use only titles for non-benefited jobs found here.
      • Termination Form (Specify last working date and submit to Academic Affairs as soon as written notice of retirement or resignation has been given.  Please clarify in "comment" section if teaching or research obligations extend beyond last day of academic year.)
      • Job Data Change Form (Use when making changes to current position, e.g., position title, FTE, salary, etc.  This form can also been found at:  Form was last updated by HR on 9/19/14.)
