Non-accounting elective courses available to accounting students

Your elective courses, chosen from both the College of Business and other parts of the University, will help you focus on your areas of interest. We want you to build special depth in an area outside the college that compliments your accounting interest, and we'll help you select that area.

We've developed a list of departments whose offerings naturally compliment accounting. Among these departments are: Communications, Computer Science, Foreign Languages, Ag Business, and so on. If you have an area of interest we haven't considered, we'll be happy to chat with you about it and help you design a program that is unique to you. Our intention with this complimentary area is to enable you to develop a secondary area of expertise that enables you to distinguish yourself when it's time for you to graduate and enter the workforce.
