CLAIMS SHOULD BE TO REPORTED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY.


The shipper is the one that should file the claim with the courier.  Contact the shipper immediately upon arrival of a damaged package.


 If a package that you have sent to someone is damaged, please contact Vicki at S&R and she will help you with the claim process.


Before submitting a claim, you will need to have proof (invoice, receipt, etc) for the "value" of the item damaged. 


You will not be reimbursed through a claim for re-shipping.  You will be reimbursed for the original charge of shipping your package only.


Damaged packages, if claim processed, becomes the property of the courier if the package is a total loss.


DO NOT throw away any packaging or items associated with a damage claim until told do to so by the courier or by Shipping and Receiving.
