MISSION:

Real Estate Operations is committed to provide assistance, expertise, and guidance with decisions and transactions involving real estate by collecting, analyzing, distributing, and maintaining all University real estate data and related information. We coordinate, negotiate, and administer deeds, easements, and leases; manage oil, gas, mineral, and water rights; and ensure prudent and appropriate stewardship of University real estate resources.
