The University of Wyoming offers a wide range of resources for students.

Programs Offered

UW offers 80 undergraduate and more than 90 graduate academic programs through seven colleges and multiple interdisciplinary institutes and schools. With a small student/faculty ratio of 14:1, UW is a community of scholars and learners committed to excellence.

Under-Represented Graduate Students

There are a number of resources available for our under-represented domestic minority (URDM) graduate students.

Writing Center

The Writing Center works with writers and instructors across UW, both on- and off- campus. Our mission is to support writers in their efforts to improve their writing skills, not simply to improve the writing.

McNair Scholars

The McNair Scholars Program prepares undergraduate students from groups traditionally underrepresented in graduate education for success in doctoral degree programs.

Student Success Services

Student Success Services (SSS) is a TRiO education program funded by the U.S. Department of Education, students need to meet certain eligibility requirements to be accepted into the program. Eligible students include first generation college students, students with limited income, and students with disabilities.
