$40 Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of U.S. $40.00
is required before the application can be processed. This fee cannot be
waived or deferred. If this fee is submitted in the form of an
international money order or a check, it must be drawn on a U.S. bank,
made payable to the UW Admissions Office. Please print your full legal
name on your check or money order.
Provide Certified and Attested Copy of Transcripts
The school must send official transcripts (mark sheets, transcripts, exam
results, certificates, diploma, etc.). Required academic records (mark
sheets, transcripts, exam results, certificates, diploma, etc.) must be
original or certified true copies sent by the school in a sealed
envelope. All records should be submitted in the native language and
accompanied with an official English translation.
Provide Proof of English Proficiency
Min. score 71 for iBT/ 6.0 IELTS
Engineering Students Min. score 80 for iBT/ 6.5 for IELTS
Pharmacy students should consult directly with the Pharmacy school on their requirement

UW's Confidential Financial Statement and Affidavit of Support. All financial documents must be originals.
Students Currently Studying at a U.S. Institution must submit the International Student Advisor's Report to the Admissions office before an I-20 document can be issued.
