Congratulations! Welcome to the University of Wyoming!

Below are a few simple steps to complete as you prepare for class registration at UW. .

WyoWeb username creation becomes available after you have been accepted to the University of Wyoming. 

Your Next Steps

1. Log into WyoWeb

The WyoWeb portal will contain all of your main information. First, you will need your username and password.  Need help creating a username and password? Check out this video!  

2. Submit the MMR Form (Laramie Campus students only)

All students taking classes on the Laramie campus must turn in their proof of the Measles, Mumps, and Rubella vaccinations prior to course registration. You will not be able to register for semester classes if you have not met this requirement. For further information about the MMR vaccination requirement, please contact Student Health Service.

3. Register for Classes

You will need to create your WyoWeb account ( for course registration.  Please review the Registrar's Calendar to see when general registration begins. Advising is not required to register, however it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you discuss courses with your anticipated graduate program in advance. Not all coursework will be applied toward a graduate degree.

4. Check your UW Email

Once your account is created and you are registered for courses you will have access to your UW e-mail account. You should check your UW e-mail account and your WyoWeb account frequently for important updates.

5. Financial Aid

As a non-degree student you are not be eligible for financial aid.
