Discovery Days

The word Student working with chemicals in a fume hood in a lab. Faculty member and students in the mountains next to a river discussing the environment. Student working with instruments in an Engineering lab.

Discovery Days are FREE Saturday events designed to introduce visitors to the UW experience in a group setting. During a typical Discovery Day event we hold a resource fair to introduce you to the organizations, programs, and resources available; host a UW Scholars event for Honors-eligible students; provide presentations covering admissions, financial aid and scholarships, residence life and dining, and our academic programs; then top it all off with lunch at Washakie Center plus campus and residence hall tours. Finally, Athletics will be hosting a Stampede and Spirit Program including a co-ed Cheer Clinic at the end of the day!

Discovery Days are complete for the 2012-2013 school year. Consider an individual visit instead!

Save the dates for the 2013-2014 school year: Discovery Days will be on November 16, February 15, and March 29!
