Getting to know your top university choices is a crucial part of the college journey. Our admissions team at the University of Wyoming has designed a series of in-person and virtual events throughout the year where you'll get to know the university, learn what we have to offer and a fun mix of activities along the way.

If you're planning to tour campus, one of our in-person events can amplify your visit and help you get to know UW. Advanced registration is required.

UW Showcase is a free Saturday event that allows prospective students a deeper look at select colleges or their academic areas of interest. Each college and area that hosts a UW Showcase has more than two hours of dedicated time to "wow" you with their amazing opportunities!
Not all programs and colleges participate in Showcase Saturday. Visit this page soon to see if the colleges you're interested in will be there!
9 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Mountain Time
Discovery Day is a FREE Saturday event designed to introduce prospective students and parents to the UW experience in a group setting. There will be a resource fair to connect you with faculty, staff, campus organizations, programs and resources available along with presentations to help you get started with the admissions process.
Our virtual webinars are designed to help you understand the admission process at UW. We'll cover important topics and leave time for questions at the end. If you're not able to travel to campus, this is a great way to get started — or try our virtual visit option!
Each Cowboy Webinar begins at 6:00 p.m. Mountain time and lasts approximately one hour. Registration is required in order to receive a Zoom link.

If you are interested in a specific event to help you learn more about our diverse programs, many of our schools and colleges host frequent events where you can learn more about their majors and ask questions with an individual approach to your interests.
