Cheney First Abroad Planning Scholarship

Description: This year, Education Abroad is excited to be offering the Cheney First Abroad Planning Scholarship for the second time. The First Abroad Planning Scholarship supports first-generation students in their efforts towards planning an education abroad experience. It is a one-time scholarship of up to $5000 used to fund participation in a UW-approved education abroad program. We will award between 7-10 students in the 2021-22 school year. These awards are considered planning scholarships and will be disbursed the semester before your study abroad.
