Describes monitoring of wildlife in the midst of energy development in Sublette County; effect on wildlife especially mule deer and antelope, and how Game & Fish is seeking to mitigate effect, including adaptive management; effectiveness of the Jonah Interagency Office; working with BLM; thoughts about aspects of energy development under Gov. Jim Geringer’s administration vs. Gov. Dave Freudenthal’s administration; winter range protections; extremes of opinion on energy development in the area, and effect of the energy boom on his children and on Pinedale.
