Joel Fundaun, Sitercise Guru Joel teaching sitercise.

Joel, a UW Kinesiology & Health Promotion major from Deadwood, SD helped residents at Spring Wind Assisted Living Facility with their exercise needs!  Residents work on physical strength, flexibility and balance with Joel, in order to encourage a holistic approach to health and wellbeing!

A quick message from Joel~

"I hope to go to physical therapy school after I graduate in the fall. Aside from school, I love CrossFit, skiing, running, and hiking. I'm also an intern at CrossFit 7220 here in Laramie. Volunteering at Spring Wind has been a really great experience for me. Getting to know the regulars that come every week has been the most rewarding part. I know that, as a PT, I will be working with many geriatric patients and Spring Wind has given me great hands-on and communication skills that will be very beneficial as a PT."

CHAP and the Laramie Community want to thank you for all you do, Joel!
