Outreach Visits (Spring 2004)

Powell/Worland/Riverton:  Michael Day and John Cochenour visited Outreach Coordinators, Cathy Marine and Amy McClure, from Feb 18-20, 2004.  During the visit they met with potential new students, current students and alumni.  They also had an opportunity to visit with ALT retired faculty member Dr. Donna Whitson.

 

 

Casper:  Donna Amstutz visited with Outreach Coordinator Dianne Davis on March 2, 2004 in Casper.  During the visit she met with potential and current students.  Dianne hosted a reception in the evening and invited individuals from local social service programs and schools.

Torrington/Sheridan/Gillette:  Donna Amstutz and Qi Sun visited John Tollakson and Janet Bass from April 6-8, 2004.  We have already accepted two new students from Sheridan into our Master's program.  Both students found out about our program during Donna's visit to Sheridan.

Cheyenne:  A trip was made to Cheyenne where John Cochenour, Landra Rezabek and Jeanette Skinner meet with Outreach Coordinator Jeanie Martinez on April 26, 2004.  Visits were made to LCCC, FE Warren AFB Education Center and the LCSC #1 Administration Building.

Rock Springs:  Donna Amstutz and Keith Armstrong had a quick trip to Rock Springs on the afternoon of May 5, 2004.  Appointments were scheduled from noon until 7:30 pm, so Donna and Keith had late nights but enjoyed it immensely.

 

Thank you to all the Outreach Coordinators for the outstanding support they provided during our visits.  We look forward to continuing our relationships with each of you and hope to see you soon.
