The Department has compiled a list of links to areas around the UW Campus. If you think of a link that should be added, please notify the department using the comments form or the email address listed below.
The University of Wyoming has established a toll-free access to the College helpdesk through the Outreach School's 800 number. Call 1-800-448-7801. From the options presented, choose first Online UW, then technical support. Your call will be transferred to the HelpDesk. Let it ring until you are greeted by HelpDesk staff or until you reach their voicemail. Because incoming calls to the HelpDesk seek an available technician, your call may ring several times, but will eventually reach voicemail if no technician is immediately available.
The HelpDesk continues to be available by email at HelpDesk@online.uwyo.edu or at 303-873-0005.
