Oaklee Anderson, BA '12
Sheridan County, Term 2016 - 2020

Oaklee was born and raised in Wyoming. After graduating from Shoshoni High School, she attended Laramie County Community College where she received an Associates in Agricultural Business. Oaklee then took notes from her older sibling’s book and transferred to the University of Wyoming. While in school, Oaklee interned with the Wyoming Department of Agriculture. She graduated from UW in 2012 with a BS in Communications.

Upon graduation, Oaklee worked for four years in the office of U.S. Senator John Barrasso, MD. In spring of 2017, Oaklee became the Executive Director for the Wyoming FFA Foundation. She supports FFA member and chapters from the local to state level through fundraising, community outreach, and assisting in state wide events.

Oaklee is a member of the Sheridan Jaycees and active in her church. Her mom and sister own an event planning and decorating business, and Oaklee helps out whenever she can. Oaklee loves being so close to the Big Horns and enjoying one of Wyoming’s best past times, its great outdoors.
