Get Involved
There are many ways to get involved with the UWAA. From functions to student recruiting, there's something for everyone!
Campaign 2015 – “Connect, Commit, Celebrate”
A UWAA
membership effort leading to our 120th anniversary in 2015. We are
calling upon our alumni to join with our Board and staff to assist us in
expanding our membership base allowing the UWAA to better serve the University
and our alumni by offering new relevant services and programs. We have 111,000
living alumni with 16,000+ of them having expressed their pride in UW through a
membership and believe in the services the UWAA provides to UW
alumni and UW. Please take a moment to learn how you can participate in this
initiative.
Events
With an average of 44 functions a year in Wyoming and throughout the U.S., UWAA has coordinated events for almost 50,000 alumni in the last 10 years. We plan to further expand our outreach efforts, giving alumni even more opportunities to connect. Find out more about UWAA events.
Travel
Through tours arranged by various travel
companies, alumni can enjoy seeing the world. These tours are not
restricted to alumni, but are marketed specifically to alumni groups. Click here to learn more about UWAA's travel program.
Social and Career Networking
UWAA has established a presence on FaceBook, LinkedIn, and Twitter to communicate more effectively with and present networking opportunities for alumni. Click here to learn more.
Volunteer Opportunities

Wyoming Student Alumni Association
The Wyoming Student
Alumni Association (WyoSAA) allows students a chance to connect with the
association. WyoSAA members serve as important ambassadors for the
association's mission, in addition to giving them a chance to coordinate
great events, gain leadership experience, and have fun as members of a

Become a Member
Association members make UWAA programs possible; membership provides the main source of operational funding. By joining the alumni association, you are ensuring that alumni events and services continue. Click here to join.

Networks and Chapters
For those volunteers who want to formally organize a group of interested UW alumni, the UWAA is forming University of Wyoming Alumni Networks and Chapters to provide a vital role to the UWAA- they are our connection at the local level. Networks are being formed based on geographical area and UW interest. If you are interested in starting a network and working towards a chapter, contact the Alumni Association office at 307-766-4166 or email us.

LinkedIn is a free online networking tool that allows users to access networking connections through their online profile, and through their affiliation to UW.
