2016 - 2017 UW Alumni Association Scholarship Recipient
Hailee Riddle from Buffalo, WY
Dear Alumni Association,
I am writing this letter with great appreciation for the Multi-Cultural Alumni Chapter Scholarship. I am honored to have been selected to receive this scholarship and I am so thankful to the scholarship committee.
I will be attending the University of Wyoming in the fall of 2016 as a Physiology major with the intent to pursue a degree in pre-medicine. Through this I hope to follow my dreams of attending medical school to eventually begin a career as a pediatrician. This has been my dream for many years, but at times I feared that my financial situation would not allow me to follow through. By receiving this scholarship, your committee has relieved a portion of the financial burden on me.
This Multi-Cultural Alumni Chapter Scholarship will be of great help to me in furthering my education. I am unbelievably grateful for this award and to the scholarship committee as well. I will continue to work and uphold the promises and standards that come with this scholarship.
Thank you again for this opportunity and support.
