Research Interests:
My research interests relate to how diet influences behavior in humans and nonhuman primates. I am especially interested in studying nonhuman primates to gain understanding of human evolution. I aim to advance theoretical understanding of how primates adapt to their environments while simultaneously pursuing practical goals. These goals include improving the care of captive primates and refining nutritional recommendations for humans.
