This page serves as a guide for getting help from ARCC. Using these guidelines will help us to diagnose your problem faster and get you moving forward sooner than a back-and-forth email chain trying to discover the cause. Please read and understand the guidelines before submitting a ticket.

Guidelines

We provide a few simple guidelines to follow when asking ARCC for help with our resources. Please follow these guidelines and use the following table when asking ARCC for help:

1. Please be respectful to the ARCC staff in your message.
2. Before asking for help, check the status, known issues, and/or our Troubleshooting FAQ pages to avoid repeat submissions.
3. Do your best to limit discipline-specific jargon.
4. Please be open to different methods suggested by the ARCC staff.
5. Sometimes face-to-face or Zoom meetings are required to agree on a path forward.
6. Use the below table only as a suggestion, but include all information relevant to your issue.
