Teton Upgrade and Downtime

We have a substantial upgrade required for Teton Storage. The work will require downtime for the entire cluster and is intended to address a major performance issue that has impacted operations causing outages. The work is scheduled for March 14th to March 18th, therefore we will not accept jobs that will run through this time. The reservation of the system’s maintenance window will begin at 6 AM on March 14th.

Jobs will not be able to run between these times. We will release the cluster for use as soon as the work is complete and verified. 

We are in the process of backing up the filesets: Project, Homes, and Apps. We may reach out to you directly if we have trouble backing up your data - please be responsive as this is a critical process for data protection.
