If you do plan to attend the Honors Convocation—and we hope you do—please meet at 2:45 p.m. on the second floor in the Student Union by Senate Chambers.  At the registration table, you will receive a program, pin and certificate, and a card to hand to the reader as you cross the stage in the A&S Auditorium. The honored students, will march with the faculty and stage party across Prexy’s Pasture where at the appropriate time, you will cross the stage one-by-one as your name is announced. On stage, you'll be congratulated by Dean Oliver Walter. You will then be seated in a reserved seating area.

We encourage you to have your family and friends present. Your guests should go directly into the A&S auditorium when they arrive. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Should you or a guest need special arrangements, please notify this office (766-4106).
