Reset Your UW Exchange Unified Messaging PIN

If you are unable to log onto UW Exchange Unified Messaging with your existing PIN, use these instructions to reset your PIN. This applies to UW Exchange Unified Messaging customers who receive their voice mail in their existing email account.

Procedures

  1. Log onto UW Outlook Web Access (OWA) at https://uwmail.uwyo.edu.

    Note:
you must use Internet Explorer (IE) from a Windows computer in order to reset your voice mail PIN. If you do not have access to IE on a Windows computer you can log into the Remote Student Lab system from http://microlab.uwyo.edu/UWSremote/ and open IE.

  2. After logging into OWA, click on the Options button in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
