View and Print Your UW InfoTech Services Bill Online

Introduction

UW students and employees can view and print their InfoTech Services (telephone) bills online.

Procedure

  1. Adding the InfoTech Services Bill channel to your WyoWeb layout.
     
    1. In a Web browser go to the WyoWeb portal at https://wyoweb.uwyo.edu/
       
    2. On the WyoWeb log in page enter your UWYO domain user name and password in the Secure Access Login box and click on Login.

    3. Once logged in, your personal WyoWeb home page will appear.

    4. Select the tab from which you wish to access your InfoTech Services Bill, and click on Content/Layout, located in the top left hand corner under the University of Wyoming header. Add the Info Tech Services Bill channel to your layout.
      Note: If you are not familiar with adding a channel in WyoWeb, click on HELP in the upper right corner of the screen and in the Help Center window click on Add channels.
       
    5. From the page to which you added the InfoTech Services Bill channel, click on the Info Tech Services bill link in the channel window. The link will automatically take you to the UW Information Technology Billing Information customer portal welcome page.

  2. Using the Information Technology Billing Information Web site.
     
    1. On the UW Information Technology Billing Information customer portal welcome page you will see a series of menu item links at the upper right.
      • my account – personal data and address information
      • my bills – view your current balance and print your monthly Billing Statements
      • my services – your services provided and billed through the Division of Information Technology and any Trouble Tickets called in on your services.
      • home – return to the Main IT Web Portal page. You will need to click on Customer Portal to get back to your billing information.
      • help – InfoTech Billing online help pages
      • logout – log out of the system and return to the Login page.

    2. On the My Account page you have the ability to update your name in the Personal Data tab, or you can change or view your address information in the Address tab. Click the Save button if any changes are made.

    3. If you select My Bills the Curr. Balance tab displays your account summary including:
      • Service Activity as of current date
      • Previous Bill Amount
      • Current Payments and Adjustments
      • Previous Balance
      • Charges on Unpaid Balance
      • All Rated Calls
      • Monthly Reoccurring Charges
      • Other Charges and credits
      • Overhead Charges
      • Total Taxes
      • Current Months Total Charges
      • Total Amount Due
      Clicking on the following categories provides additional information:
      • All Rated Calls – details of long distance calls placed under account
      • Monthly Reoccurring Charges – list of services and the monthly reoccurring charge for each service
      • Other Charges and Credits – list of charges or credits billed to your account for the month

    4. The View Bill tab under My Bills contains all of your monthly statements. Click on a month to see the charges for the previous month (i.e., December 2007 charges are billed on Jan 1, 2008).

      The report is in PDF file format and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print.
      Note: Please print a copy of the first page to send in with payment to cashiers.

    5. The My Services tab under My Services provides a list of all active services provided by the University of Wyoming on your account. The list contains service number, service type, location and status. Each service number is a hyperlink that contains additional information for the service, including Assigned To and Assigned Date.

    6. The My Troubles tab under My Services is a list of all trouble items that have been reported on your services; including Service Type, Service Number, Trouble description, Submitted date, Estimated Completion, and Status.
