View and Print Your UW Employee InfoTech Services Bill Online

Introduction

UW students and employees can view and print their InfoTech Services (telephone) bills online.

Procedure

  1. Navigating to the UW Information Technology Billing Information Portal.
     
    1. In a Web browser go to the IT Billing portal at https://sagebrush.uwyo.edu/
       
    2. The log-in screen will appear. Enter your UWyo domain username and password and press the Login button.

    3. Once logged in, the UW Information Technology Billing Information customer portal home page will appear.

  2. Using the Information Technology Billing Information Website.
     
    1. In the upper right hand portion of the screen there are the following menu items:
      • My Account – Allows you to look at your account.
      • My Services – Allows you to look at your services.
      • Home – Takes you to the Home page.
      • Logout – Will log the user out of the system and return to the Login page.

       
    2. Selecting My Account will, by default, take you to the Overview page. This screen is the view of your current account and also provides Unbilled Non-Usage, Unbilled Usage, and Personal Usage as of the day you are viewing the account online.

    3. Selecting the Current Status tab displays your account summary and provides Summary, Non-Usage and Usage as of the day you are viewing the account online. (Image)
       
    4. The Statements tab contains all of your monthly statements. Select the statement by clicking on the month you would like to see. The charges for each statement has the bill date of the first of the following month that the charges were actually accrued in. (ie – September’s charges billed Oct 1, 2013).

      The Statement Summary for the month you selected will appear. These results can be printed for your records.

      Click the View Bill button on the statement summary screen to open the monthly subscriber bill.

      Please print subscriber bill for remittance coupon to submit with your payment to UW cashiers in Knight Hall.

      NOTE: You can now make payments online at https://commerce.cashnet.com/uw_tele
       
    5. The Account History tab provides a list of your bills/charges as well as payments.

    6. The Personal Data tab provides you the ability to update your information. Click on the edit button to make your changes and then click the save button if any changes are made.

    7. The My Services tab provides a list of all active services provided by the University of Wyoming on your account. The list contains a service number, service type, location and status. Each service number is a hyperlink that contains additional information for the service, assign to and assign date.
       
    8. The My Cart tab is a list of all service requests that you have generated but have not submitted.
       
    9. The My Orders tab is a list of all of the service requests that you have generated.
       
    10. The Reported Incidents tab is a list of all the incidents that you have generated regarding an issue or problem with a service assigned to you.
