UW Information Technology performed upgrades to Banner INB servers early November, 2009, to correct performance issues. To complete the upgrade process, individual users need to clear their Java cache and browser cache.
To correct this error do the following:

Come to the student computer lab in the lobby of the
Information Technology Center.
