Why can I make calls but not receive calls?

Multi line telephone set users: press CFW key to cancel the Call Forward feature. The indicator light will go off.

  2. The ringer may be turned off for your set.

If the external power to the Maestro is plugged into a power strip that you frequently turn off, move it to a power supply that will always remain active.
