The University of Wyoming is pleased to announce that it is a VSA participant. The Voluntary System of Accountability is designed to improve public understanding of how public colleges and universities operate. The VSA project is collaborative effort among the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU), the National Association of Public and Land-grant Universities (APLU), and the public higher education community. UW has participated in the VSA since 2008.

As part of our participation, UW routinely updates its College Portrait. The College Portrait provides UW's most up-to-date information on the characteristics of the institution and students, cost of attendance, student engagement with the learning process, and core educational outcomes. This information is intended for students, parents, policy-makers, and other stakeholders.
