What is ASTEC's Billing Policy?

  • ASUW and SAC events will not be billed*.
  • Recognized Student Organizations (RSO's) will not be billed*.
  • Union-sponsored events will not be billed when held in the Union*.
  • All other departments, colleges and organizations will be billed.

*any event that charges a ticket price or vendor fees is subject to ASTEC billing.
