* - Event typically requires 2 ASTEC technicians to set up, operate, and take down (strike). Price does not include labor. Typical minimum labor charge is two hours to set and two hours to strike.
** - Event typically requires 3-4 ASTEC technicians to set up, operate, and take down (strike). Price does not include labor. Typical minimum labor charge is six hours to set, three hours to strike.
EVENTS HELD OFF CAMPUS WILL BE CHARGED 150% OF THE OVERALL EQUIPMENT CHARGE. EVENTS REQUIRING DELIVERY BY VAN WILL BE CHARGED A $25 DROPOFF/PICK UP FEE. REGISTERED STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS, THE ASSOCIATED STUDENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF WYOMING, AND THE WYOMING UNION WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR EVENTS UNLESS THEY ARE HELD OFF CAMPUS. TO APPEAL ANY CHARGES A REQUEST MUST BE MADE TO THE RSO FUNDING BOARD TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE EVENT.
