The Berry Biodiversity Conservation Center is a public space on the University of Wyoming campus, and we welcome a diverse group of students, faculty, staff, community members, and others to use it. Please note that the Berry Center is a building used for education, not advocacy.

Requesting use of public rooms in the Berry Center

Information regarding requesting public use of Berry Center rooms on an ad hoc basis, including restrictions and fees, is available here.  Please read through the entire document before completing the room request form, available below.  There may be fees associated with use; see the policy for more information. The rooms available for reservation include:

  • two seminar rooms (BC 227 and BC 327, 16 person capacity)
  • auditorium (BC 138, 114 person capacity)
  • lobby (1st floor, approx. 75 person capacity)
