COVID-19 Assistance

Fourth College of Business Virtual Small Business Assistance Informational Session held June 2.

bizgraphiccovid.pngThe University of Wyoming College of Business hosted its fourth virtual COVID Business Information Zoom session Tuesday, June 2.

UW College of Business’s globally recognized economists shared insights into the recently created Center for Business and Economic Analysis (CBEA) and their work related to GDP, fiscal stimulus, monetary policy and jobs.  Discussion included the impacts of the COVID crisis on Wyoming’s energy economy and outlook for the state’s revenue sources.

Presenters included:

  • Anne Alexander: Interim Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs
  • David Aadland: Chair, Department of Economics and CBEA Co-Director
  • Ben Cook: Director, MBA Program and CBEA Co-Director
  • Rob Godby: Associate Dean, Haub School of Environment and Natural Resources and Deputy Director, Center for Energy and Regulatory Policy
