Laurie Bonini

Laurie Bonini grew up in Rock Springs, Wyo., and received a B.A. in English from the University of Wyoming (UW). After working for 10 years in the hospitality industry, Laurie returned to UW, working in Academic Affairs as the University Studies Program Manager and the Freshman Interest Group (FIG) coordinator. Most recently, Laurie was the recruiting and retention coordinator in the College of Agriculture & Natural Resources.

Laurie's primary responsibility is to provide leadership in the college's recruiting programs, including JETS, ESP, Math Counts, Campus Pass and Discovery Days, as well as to meet with potential students in a variety of settings. Additional duties include advising incoming freshmen, managing the College's Student Ambassadors Program, supporting freshman orientation, and developing advising and recruiting materials.
