Background and Expertise:

Teddi Freedman is the K-14 Project Coordinator in the College of Engineering and Applied Science, Dean's Office. Originally from Sausalito, Calif., Teddi earned her BA from Colgate University in Hamilton, N.Y. After college and prior to working at UW, she lived in Jackson, Wyo., where she gained professional experience in K-12 education and conservation working for organizations including the Teton Science Schools, Slow Food in the Tetons, and Jackson Hole Land Trust.

As the K-14 Project Coordinator, Teddi is excited for all opportunities to connect with schools around the state to expose K-14 students and teachers to disciplines of engineering through hands-on learning. She looks forward to building relationships with faculty, staff, and college-level students to work together in education to inspire the next generation of engineers.
