WyoWare - This site provides information about software available to UW students, faculty, staff and departments through the Division of Information Technology or other UW departments.
DreamSpark (MSDNAA) - As a member of DreamSpark (MSDNAA), the department in which you take credit courses is authorized to provide you with program software for use on your personal computers.
UW employees and students may
choose to install free antivirus software on personal computers, such as
Microsoft's Security Essentials, AVG, or any other antivirus software that they prefer
EES - Download the instruction from the ESIG labs on the first floor of Engineering. Applications -> Copy EEs to Disk
Mathematica - New to the University and free to students and faculty.
AutoDesk - AutoDesk is available to students FREE by following directions on the linked web site.
SolidWorks Professor - Library of tutorials for SolidWorks. This web site requires an account and password. Please see a lab assistant in 1032 for the account and password required.
Visual Analysis - Visual Analysis is available to students FREE by following directions on the linked web site.
