Senior Design Symposium, December 6, 2012
November 26, 2012 — The College of Engineering and Applied Science will host the Senior Design Symposium, Thursday, December 6, 2012 in the Wyoming Union and also within the College. Students will present oral and poster presentations on their capstone design work.
The senior design project is a critical milestone in the development of a student engineer or computer scientist. ABET accreditation requires a “major design experience based on the knowledge and skills acquired in earlier course work and incorporating appropriate standards and multiple realistic constraints.” Student projects are judged by a panel of subject matter experts. A detailed Symposium schedule will be available later in the week.
