CEAS Welcomes Dean Khaled A.M. Gasem
September 10, 2013 — The College of Engineering and Applied Science and the University of Wyoming would like to extend a warm welcome to incoming Dean Khaled A.M. Gasem.
Appointed by President Sternberg as an Associate Provost for Graduate Education, Dr. Gasem will first serve as Interim Dean for College of Engineering and Applied Science. In his previous position at Oklahoma State University, Dr. Gasem held the titles of Regents Professor, Bartlett Chair, Interim Dean of the College of Engineering, Architecture, and Technology, and Head of the School of Chemical Engineering. The Regents Professorship at OSU is the highest honor a professor can achieve in terms of academic credentials.
