High school juniors can get a head start in their academic pursuits by engaging in a unique summer experience with the University of Wyoming’s College of Engineering and Applied Science.

Applications are being accepted for the 2017 Engineering Summer Program, hosted at UW's campus in Laramie.

The program, which takes place June 18-24, 2017 at UW, aims to challenge the imaginations of students and develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. This is a competitive program that engages students who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and extra-curricular engagement while in school. Those selected through the competitive application process will have the chance to participate in exciting and innovative activities such as building a digital circuit, programming a robotic device, or designing timber trusses.
