The facility features 12 conference rooms totaling over 13,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, plus the ability to create 2 ballrooms (the Grand Ballroom of over 7,000 square feet, and the Garden Ballroom of over 2,000 square feet) as well as the Grand Ballroom lobby at 2,000 square feet of extra function space. Conference Center Features
Catering: Our excellent food and beverage service will complete your meeting. Our talented catering staff will work with you to create special receptions, events and food and beverage service throughout your meeting.
Wireless Internet: Virtually anywhere within the hotel and conference center, guests have wireless Internet access via high-speed connectivity. This degree of mobility allows your meeting participants to stay in touch at lightening speeds using a laptop configured for wireless access.
Technology: Our meeting facilities feature comprehensive, in-house audio/visual services.
UW Shuttle Service: Shuttle service is available for attendees coming to the Conference Center from the University of Wyoming campus.
As a part of our unique relationship with the UW Conference Center, specific Day Meeting Packages are available for UW faculty, staff, and students who wish to hold meetings in the Conference Center. The opportunity to meet in a location away from the office will allow your group to experience highly-focused meetings with less interruption.
A Day Meeting Package would include a general session meeting room, basic audio visual, beverage break and internet for only $14.00 per person (minimum 15 people). The package is flexible and a continental breakfast, working lunch or dinner can be easily added.
UW faculty, staff and students are members of a prestigious academic community, and are encouraged to utilize the opportunity to hold meetings at the Conference Center whenever convenient and practicable.
