Reserving Space

Contact Central Scheduling at 766-6717, or the Classroom Coordinators at 766-4388 or 766-2487 to determine availability of the location you wish to schedule.  Based on availability, the space you request will be scheduled and confirmation sent by e-mail.

For events in Athletics, Fine Arts, or the Law School, please contact their offices directly to schedule a space in their facilities.  The contact numbers are 766-2292, 766-5139, and 766-6416, respectively. 

To schedule an event in the Wyoming Union, contact the Events Planning Office at 766-3161.

To schedule an event at the UW Conference Center, contact Mr. John Lozano, Director of Sales at 307-721-7575 or 307-745-5500.
