Central Scheduling's policies are governed by University Regulation 2-178. Uni Reg 2-178 outlines the general uses and rules for the University buildings, grounds and services, our policies delve into the details of non-academic events that are scheduled here on campus. Our policy touches on several aspects of event scheduling from defining different types of events to the University's policy on amplified sound. We are here to assist in the event scheduling process and will reserve an appropriate space and provide direction to other resources that may be required for an event.
