Goal setting is a great skill to learn. In this lesson, explore
goal setting as it relates to your health, including nutrition and physical
activity. Learn how to prioritize wants, after first meeting your
needs. Using a personalized diet analysis, compare your diet to
MyPlate and identify its strengths and weaknesses. With this
information, you are armed with the skills and knowledge to make goals to
improve your health.
